HASTA LA PASTA is a straightforward Italian spot nestled in the bustling heart of València’s Ciutat Vella. It’s entirely focused on takeaway and outdoor dining, with just a handful of tables on the street—so it’s ideal for those who want a casual, no-frills meal without the formality of a sit-down restaurant. The location on C/ del Pes de la Farina means you’re right in the thick of the old town’s lively, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere, making it a convenient stop if you’re exploring the neighborhood or grabbing a quick bite on the go.

The menu centers on classic pasta dishes, with the Carbonara Original standing out as a popular choice. Portions are generous, which suits those looking for a filling lunch or dinner at an accessible price point. Beyond pasta, there are a few complementary options like tiramisú and light Italian-inspired drinks such as Aperol Spritz, which pairs well with the warm outdoor setting. Though seating is limited, the communal vibe encourages grabbing your food and settling nearby with locals and visitors alike.

Visitors often come here expecting hearty, homemade-style pasta without the fuss. The absence of indoor seating means this is not the place for a lengthy, formal meal but rather a spot to enjoy good Italian flavors in a casual, relaxed fashion outdoors. Midday and early evening when the sun is still out tend to be the best times to soak up the street energy while savoring a plate. This unpretentious approach to Italian dining fits naturally into Valencia’s diverse culinary scene, appealing to people who appreciate straightforward food done well and at reasonable prices.

Amazing homemade pasta! It is totally worth the wait. Also the prices are very reasonable and you get a huge portion.

This is my new go to takeaway pasta place! Great pasta and a very affordable price. I had the carbonara and it was outstanding in every way. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the tiramisu, which was superb, was slightly still frozen in one of its layers. The fridge they store it in must be a bit too cold. Other than that the tiramisu was also delicious. I hope the owners read this review and fix their storage for their dessert

The best ravioli we’ve ever had. They were kind and the pasta was delicious.

This place is a real gem on Valencia's gastro map. You can enjoy huge portions of delicious pasta at reasonable prices. Tinto de Verano and sangria are also reasonably priced. You must visit and try it for yourself!

We ate there twice because it's a cheap place in the city center where you can grab a tasty meal and then go exploring. The kitchen is tiny, with only a few seats on the street, but that adds to the atmosphere. You eat good pasta with plenty of cheese, drink a good tinto, and go back to exploring. The service is very nice and friendly, and the meal is prepared quickly. We recommend it!

Freshly made pasta, very tasty and for a good price, we took one in lunch and later one for dinner. It’s made only for takeaway, there are few tables outside where you can sit and eat, and there is a beutiful place behind a corner where you can also try to get a spot where to sit and eat enyoying the view. You will not be able to drive there by your car, specially if you are not a local citizen.

I really like the pasta here and the wait wasn’t too bad. It’s also a really good price for the portion that you’re getting. We took our food to plaza de la Virgen and sat on the steps to eat, and this is my only critique. They have some outdoor seating but only enough for about 2 groups of people. If this isn’t a problem for you and you don’t mind taking your food elsewhere then I highly recommend!
